In 1981 Vladimir Gurvich and Andrey Gol'berg sent a paper entitled "Seki in Go" to Prof Klaus Heine, together with a detailed covering letter. I have transcribed these as best I can, and have included scans of the diagrams that accompanied their correspondence. The scanned images are linked to from the transcripts, but you can also browse the directory itself, if you prefer. In the letter, I have also re-drawn the figures.
